House is talking about a guy who has a tumor on his pituitary gland in his brain. They only found the tumor because he was claiming to be asexual. The pituitary gland controls growth, as well as the functioning of the sex organs. House found the tumor, the tumor was causing him to have erectile disfunction, and other problems where he didn’t want to have sex. 

It’s so odd that this was the cause of the problems with this guy on House. Especially since I haven’t watched this show in forever and decided to watch it today.

When I was a kid they thought I had a tumor on my pituitary gland, they thought that that was the reason I didn’t grow for 3 years. They later found out that I didn’t have a tumor but my pituitary gland just quit producing growth hormone. So I was put on growth hormone shots for a few years because I had growth hormone deficiency.
